terms of service

illustration tos

- i only accept Paypal (usd).
- commissions can take 2 to 6 weeks once started, depending on the complexity and the commission requested. also, i do have ADHD and i can take a bit longer at times due to this, so i apologize ahead of time. i will 100% keep you updated throughout the entire process.
- detailed designs and detailed backgrounds will be charged extra. prices may vary.
- revisions are allowed as i am working on the commission until the piece is approved so that i may move on forward to the next steps (line art, coloring, etc).
- once an invoice has been sent to you, you will have 30 days to pay it!
- i will not get started on the commission until paid!
- original file of the commission will be sent to you. i will also give the CSP file upon request.
- picture references must be provided, if you do not have an image of your character you can make one using picrew.
- my commissions are not first-come-first-serve. it will be chosen depending on my own skill level and interest of a concept/design/concept. if you are not chosen, please do not take it to heart/personally, because more often than not, it is because i do not think i have the appropriate skills to satisfy your desires.
- i will not now, nor ever, deal in non-fungible tokens or crypto currency in any form whatsoever. any art of mine used in any one of these dealings will be legally dealt with.
- this is for personal use only. you may not sell or profit off of my work. reposting/editing/using is prohibited unless you’re the owner/commissioner.
- i retain all rights to this image. i will ask for your permission to post it on social media platforms, but if you prefer to do so instead or would rather it not be posted on social media platforms, that is okay. though, i do withhold the right to use your piece in my portfolio.

live2d tos

these terms are basically the same except with a few revisions.
♡ = further terms discussed below.
- live2d models can take 4-8 weeks once started, depending on the complexity of the design or if it's a design from scratch. additional fees can be incurred if it's a design from scratch (aka, you ask for me to design it). i will not do this without given at least some references or concepts in mind.
- three emotes will be provided, you may request them.
- upon purchase of a live2d model, all of the rights belong to you once the piece is complete. the commercial use fee is already included in the price for the illustration, so after the commission is complete, all profit gained off of the illustration would be all yours. ♡
- I only accept PayPal (USD). payment can be done 100% upfront, or we can discuss payment plans. the commission will not be started until payment is completely made.
- I own the right to decline any commission requests if I feel unable to fulfill it.
- Cancellation and refund are only possible BEFORE I start working on the commission.
- Finishing the commission depends on your spot in the waiting list and the complexity of the commission, usually between 2 weeks to 1 month.
- You are not allowed to sell the Live2D model or art as merchandise without it being discussed with me beforehand.
- do not claim the art as yours, and you must credit me for the completed illustration (@jxmey_ on twitter).
- During working on the commission and upon showing this progress to you, you are allowed to ask for changes and I’ll do them/correct them for you.
- major changes in the late stages of the illustration can incur additional fees.
- i will hand the rig-ready file to the desired rigger, so that way i may be able to communicate with them if there are any changes that need to be made.
- i am not the rigger. you will be commissioning me only for the psd illustration that will be ready for rigging.♡ - the only exception regarding the commercial use is when you plan to make merchandise with any art provided by me. please discuss with me beforehand if it comes to this.

cancellations/refunds

- Cancellations are allowed up until i start working or before the sketch is finished, but if I have already started on it, you will only get back half of your payment.
- I will refund in FULL if I have not begun your piece at all.
- exception: if i have not been able to even get started on your piece or something has come up and it's been past the estimated timeframe of completion, i will refund in full if requested.
- Cancellations will be made from my end if the payment hasn't been made, or i have lost contact with the commissioner.
